Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be approved, items must remain unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Additionally, the original packaging needs to be intact.

Certain items are not eligible for return. Perishable goods, including food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or any flammable liquids and gases.

Items that cannot be returned additionally include:

– Gift cards

– Software that can be downloaded

– Specific health and personal care products

To process your return, please provide either a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued (if applicable):

– Books showing clear signs of use

– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

– Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not related to our error

– Returns made more than 30 days after delivery are also ineligible.
